How can I track my order status?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Click the link to view the status of your shipment at any time.

Can I update or cancel my order? Can I change the shipping address?

Please email us at help@maroam.com as soon as your order is placed. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before the order is packed for shipment.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or make any changes, including address updates.

What size should I order?

The belts can be trimmed so there is a wide degree of flexibility. We recommend ordering a size up if you are unsure, which you can then trim to fit.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club
Digital wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay

Can I use more than one discount code at a time?

No, only one discount or promotional code can be used per order.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from our production facility in China and delivered to your address.

When will I receive my order?

What materials are your bags made of?

All of our bags are made of genuine leather with a combination of other materials. Each product page lists the materials used for that item.

How should I care for the leather?

To extend the life of your leather goods:

  • Clean Regularly - wipe with a slightly damp cloth once a week, then dry with a soft towel
  • Condition - apply a leather conditioner to keep the leather soft and prevent cracking
  • Avoid Excess Moisture

Do you offer gift packaging?

At this time, gift packaging is not included by default. 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery depending on the item. Products must be unused and in their original packaging with tags attached.

What should I do if there's something wrong with the items?

Please email us ASAP with your order number, detailed information and provide pictures regarding the problem.

Will I be charged a return shipping fee?

We can provide a pre-paid return label. The return shipping fee must be covered by the customer, unless the original products are defective.

When will I receive my refund?

We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. You'll receive an email to confirm the return has been completed.

Why is the refund amount different from the total amount of my order?

We offer free shipping on original orders above $35 to keep things simple and affordable for our customers. However, this shipping cost is not truly free for us. As a result, all refunds will have a non-refundable shipping fee deducted—even if the order qualified for free shipping at checkout.

If your order does not include return shipping coverage, the return shipping will also be deducted from your refund total.
